The property is bordered on the west by Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The north border is Boise National Forest, and the south borders Idaho State Land. Wildlife is abundant, elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, bear, upland game birds, waterfowl, and many more forest critters. This is a gateway to the West Mountains area, climbing to over 8,200 feet elevation at the top of Snowbank Mountain. For hunting enthusiasts, this is game unit 32-A.
